3. Return Timeframe

4. Return Conditions

  • Proof Required: Unboxing video must be provided for quality claims
  • Original Tags: All product labels must remain attached
  • Unused Condition: No signs of wear, odors, or pet hair
  • Packaging: Original packaging preferred or equivalent protective materials

5. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

    • Unboxing video (for quality claims)

Step 2: Return Authorization

After approval, we’ll email:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
